I just finished a week long series of team meetings for my team who are scattered all over the world. After doing a lot of research we settled on Seattle as the place to host it and after a lot more research on The Pioneer Collective as the ideal spot. The place is beautiful and has everything we could have asked for to have 14 people drop in and get a lot of work done. The location was perfect, the meeting room exactly what you would hope for, and Chris and Audrey were the perfect hosts... taking care of us with grace and style.

I'd definitely recommend this spot for an event like mine and hope I have a chance to head back.

This is a great co-working space! Nice atmosphere, & friendly people. It's an easy walk from Intl. District light rail station.

Awesome people, space and location. Everyone I've met there is super friendly and the space has everything you need to get work done (as consultant / developer). Also its in a great location close to where we have a lot of meetings!

There are so many things to love about working from Pioneer Collective. Previously I was working from home and coffee shops, and while the flexibility is nice, I missed the community, consistency, and amenities of an office environment. I explored other coworking spaces, but TPC stood out as the most beautifully designed, with attention to detail and an already growing community of awesome people. Chris and Audrey created the perfect place for individuals who are tired of coffee shop hopping or working alone from home. I would definitely suggest it :)

This is a wonderful space, nicely designed and in the perfect spot in the city. Among coworking spaces in Seattle, this is a unique one and I really enjoyed working here. Look forward to coming back. Thanks, Chris!

I worked from Pioneer Collective for a couple weeks while traveling. It was a great space! Great people around too. Oh, and there's an espresso machine :)

Attended a 3 day seminar at this location. Conveniently located in Pioneer Square. The building is historic and beautiful inside. Give the interior designer a raise because it's great.

What a wonderful workspace. Had a team offsite there and it was peaceful, clean, and had a great vibe.

I dropped in the other day cause I needed a place to do some work and take a call. I was pretty impressed by the space and the large conference room in the back had walls that you can use dry erase markers on. For a quick break, I introduced myself to other members who are all doing interesting work. I'll definitely be back again when I'm in Pioneer Square next!

I worked from Pioneer Collective for about 12 months on and off and it was an excellent place to get work done. The ambience and facilities are awesome and it's always peaceful and conducive to concentrating on doing real work. Lovely people too! Tip, there's a gym too so it's like 2 memberships in one!

Worked here off and on for three weeks while on temporary assignment in Seattle. Chris and Audrey were awesome hosts, and the space is absolutely amazing. Perfect for productivity and for socializing with fellow digital nomads. Will definitely work here again if I'm ever back in Seattle. Thanks guys!

Just spent my first week working from here, and absolutely love it. Space is beautiful and right in the heart of Pioneer Square (the good bit thats getting all nice now, not the bit with the crack heads). Fun people coming and going, owners are super nice, good coffee, ample space and a big conference room and phone booths for privacy.

What an incredible space! We had a highly productive meeting at the Pioneer Collective in their conference room. With wall-to-wall whiteboards, comfortable & beautiful furniture, and even cucumber water & snacks provided by Pioneer Collective, it was a great space for our event.

I had been co-working elsewhere for 3 years when I found the Pioneer Collective. I was searching for a new office since my move to Seattle, and was beginning to wonder if I would ever find that same community feel I had in Dallas. Lo and behold, enter Chris and Audrey's wonderfully prolific and inclusive space: my other home.

Had a company event, catered. Was a nice place, space was a little tight with the large group, but location solid, easy in and out and an overall good place to throw a small event.

I became a member of the Pioneer Collective when I moved to Seattle to start a new business. All the right personal touches add to the warmth of this locally owned co-working space making it the perfect place to get settled and right to work in a new city. I still pop in from time to time just to see some of the best friends I have in Seattle.

Quiet, professional space with easy-going, very friendly owners. Lots of amenities, including meeting rooms, bike storage, workout room, free coffee in the mornings, and beer in the evenings.

Such a bright, welcoming, and productive environment. The space is absolutely beautiful and well thought out. Audrey and Chris are very in tune with the needs of their members, thus creating such a comfortable atmosphere. Although I have an office of my own, I'm encouraged to spend time out and about in the community, which makes TPC a perfect spot for a drop-in.

I worked out of this space for about 9 mos and loved it-- great open floor plan, delicious coffee available all day, friendly staff and nice quiet spaces for phone calls etc. Highly recommend.

We really enjoy working here! It's very laid back, with really nice people doing their thing. And we never have trouble snagging a meeting room or scheduling a special event.

This is my first time working out of workspace and I have to say the Pioneer Collective is Fantastic!! Chris & Audrey are an amazing team and the space they imagined is coming together perfectly. If you want to be part of a great group of diverse individuals and have a great workspace. Then you have to come down and see it for yourself.

I've worked at many coworking spaces, from WeWorks to local tech incubators, and The Pioneer Collective is among the best. There is a great energy, where I can stay productive all day long. The space is also well-designed, avoiding the kitschiness that plagues too many coworking spaces. It's on the quieter side of coworking spaces, but there are plenty of phone booths and multiple breakout / conference rooms if you need to take a call or have a meeting. The internet is fast and coffee is strong. Highly recommended.

The Pioneer Collective is a first rate co-working space in one of Seattle's key tech centers - Pioneer Square. The environment open and very well lit, and the atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, yet very conducive to getting things done. The owners, Chris and Audrey are awesome. I highly recommend!

We held a hack day (hackathon) for 27 software engineers, program managers, and data analysts at The Pioneer Collective. The team loved the space. Why? Lots of room, great lighting, beautiful brick-and-wood-beam interior, fast internet access, ideal location in Pioneer Square (near the bus, coffee shops like Zeitgeist and Caffe Umbria, and all sorts of good places to eat at). Personally I found the environment helped me focus on my project.

In particular owners Audrey and Chris were easy to work with, friendly, thoughtful and responsive. Would love to hold our next hack day there again or reserve a desk for those times when a dev needs to get away for a bit.

Great shared workspace to be productive in. After 12 months in a cramped home office, this place is a palace.

Beautiful space, great location, relaxed atmosphere. I've toured numerous co-working spaces in the area and this is the best.

I don't usually write reviews but I found Chris really rude!! He didn't bother working to accommodate my needs, the price listed online was different to the price he gave me. I remained polite and even after being polite because I really liked the venue... he told me to find another venue because he didn't want to bother helping! Disappointing

I'm a freelance writer and usually work from home, but I had a client visiting from out of town and needed a professional place to meet for the day. Pioneer Collective was perfect: very responsive to inquiries, easy to find, welcoming, and they had everything we could need for a (long) day of meetings. This is a beautiful office with a great atmosphere, lots of attention to detail, and if I lived closer I would work here every day.

I found Pioneer Collective, after researching other spaces and was immediately drawn in by their trial week. Having worked from here for 3 months now, I can absolutely without a doubt that I absolutely love it here- the internet speeds are great, everyone is both friendly and respectful, and there's bountiful access to coffee and La Croix all day, every day. Not to mention that so far, each client that I have met with at the space has complimented it's aesthetics.

I stopped in and worked for a day while traveling. Beautiful space, calling booths, coffee, keg on tap, all you could ask for!
