Worst experience I have ever had. Went there to see a corolla with around 10,000 miles that was advertised online for $15,320. I had to work later in the day and said i didn't have the time that day, but after much pressure and there guarantee they could have me out of there in time I agreed. they did everything so quickly and you sign on an electronic board on the desk never seeing the actual documents and only viewing the signing areas. Then they just give you a usb drive keychain with the electronic forms on it. I asked specifically about the warranty since it was certified Toyota and they said I would still need the extra warranty coverage which I said is fine. Cutting a long horrible story short....they switched the price to 19,000 which is almost 4,000 over advertised and I got a letter from warranty people saying they cant write a policy for mine because im already covered since its a certified Toyota and it would be double coverage. The warranty price was supposed to be refunded and paid directly to Toyota finance.....still hasnt happened..that was 4 months ago
