I know there are some people who love the whole wheeling & dealing of car buying, but it honestly fills me with dread. No more - my experience with Richard Giordano has convinced me that I needn't dread it anymore. He treated me with respect, made me feel comfortable, explained all of my options without pushing anything on me, and even made me laugh. I especially appreciated not being pushed into anything while being clear on what the different options were. I felt confident that I had all the information I needed when I chose my car. The rest of the experience from finance to delivery was also excellent - I was well-informed about the details of financing, and received very thorough "training" on all of the features of my new vehicle. Thank you, Richard & your teammates at Madison Honda for helping making an experience I was dreading into a thoroughly wonderful experience.
