Our heating system (installed in 2009 by another contractor) has had some issues over the past two years. We contacted Isaac to make the initial repair and then signed up for their Gold Seal Protection Plan. Thank goodness we did as we just had a very costly part replaced and service performed that was covered under the plan. All of the people at Isaac have been courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them! Do yourself a favor and have them install your heating and air conditioning from the start. They are dependable and there when you need them.
