We have stayed at various Ritz around the world and this is the only location that we have experienced the worst hotel management and security. My 14 years old son was confronted by another guest who threatened him verbally, while we were paying the check at the restaurant, since I do understand that you can t control other guest behavior, you must place actions to guarantee other guest safety. It is the lack of action after the incident which is probably equal or worst to the other guest behavior. We have to called the police and try to get better results ourselves.
