The service has been great till I found out the house keeping forgot to replenish the two bottles of complimentary water in the room. When I called "Swiss Service", I was told the housekeeping would take care of it. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called again to get a status update. I was told by a different staff that the house keeping was closed for the day. If I want the complimentary two bottles of water, I had to wait till the next morning at 8 o'clock. The housekeeping opens from 8am-5pm. I was taken aback by his rudeness and the fact that the housekeeping at a 5-star hotel was operating like a business.
