Very unprofessional customer service in every division of the corp; ineffective listeners, do not offer solutions, argumentative staff that lacks professionalism in every aspect; staff claims not to know the answer and has no desire to help in any way or shape; staff is very quick to transfer calls to ques line with classical music that no one answers and after a long waiting you will a message to leave a message for someone to call you back.
For more than two hours dialed all kinds of numbers that get me to no where. Very horrible and irresponsible corporate behavior. I would not give them one star, but the posting system requires a minimum of a star.
