So disappointed. On a Sunday afternoon, my mother, grandmother and I were on our way to a show at the Fox Theatre. The Hockeytown Cafe seemed to be the only restaurant open on the block, so we gave it a try! Our waitress was very friendly and brought us our drinks. After we ordered our food, we noticed we had been sitting their roughly a half hour without any sign of our food or waitress. Our waitress stopped back over at the half hour mark and said she was running to the back to grab our food.....another 10 minutes went by. Long story short, we ended up leaving without eating. As we left, we told the 4 girls (hostess/waiters who were on their phones) at the host stand that we were sorry but had to leave because we had waited so long and our show was soon to start. The girls said, "Okay, we're sorry." That was it.......no word from a manager, no sincere apology. I'm not quite sure I will be back. I would advise your choice if you want to try this place!
