Strengths: Courteous and professional staff. Extremely comfortable and clean room. Parking reserved for hotel guests. Modern hotel with gym and arcade area. Top-notch water park and winter center. Lots of lifeguards present, that reassures.

Weak points: a few broken arcades and no staff to help. The temperature in Oceania (wave pool) is way too cool. There were three of us in the room but only two bathrobes, one with a rambling passerby. Various shops and restaurant quite expensive for meals served (it should be expected). Very busy elevators.

To do again anyway !! The kids loved it !!
