Disappointing and wasted visit. Xmas present for the kids. We waited for 45 mins and they closed the slide due to technical issues. Told us it was unlikely to open for the rest of the day - but when we went downstairs to the ticket office, they were still taking people's money. Dishonest. Wasted trip and money for travel. Be warned!
