I Bought a 2018 CMC Yukon. Seems to be a nice vehicle. Havnt driven enough to get a read on it. The deal went smooth enough all the paperwork was ready for signatures.
Probably only complaint was when I asked the gentleman that was shoving paperwork at me about why the vehicle since it was used was not a certified used with extended warranty? instead of taking a moment to explain why. He said in a very rude manner.
"BECAUSE WE DONT WANT TOO"
This was as I was rejecting the 4000 dollar extended warranty he was trying to sell me. I'm not sure if there was a correlation of these things or not. I suspect so since he had already added it to the price of the vehicle and I made him remove it.
Hey I just ask a simple question right after signing the deal on a 55k vehicle. I didnt ask in a rude manner. I wasn't expecting such a response.
So while I continued with the deal and am sure we got a nice vehicle I won't be a return customer.
