I had united replace my entire unit inside and out...

I had united replace my entire unit inside and out last October. Service was good at the time, friendly and seemed to be helpful. We had some issues come up and had a tech come out to look at the unit. The tech informed us that the unit was not fully installed and it was not replaced as I expected. Part of the issue is causing my pilot light to blow out over and over that the tech explained, this issue should have been fixed when the new unit was installed. Another issue is that the humidifier was tossed when they installed the new unit and was not replaced.

With all that said, my reason for one star is we saw the tech at our house over 6 weeks ago, no response from United on how they are planning to correct these issues. Also my wife has called twice in the past three weeks to get any sort of answer, and nothing. No answers... No response.

I get that United has bigger issues and more customers to sell, but come on... Can you please Just tell you re going to stiff me on these issues so I can get it fixed either way.
