I bought a house in May 2020. I felt pushed around and manipulated by the KW realtor during the whole process. The home inspector he recommended to us also turned out to be poor quality and missed a completely rotten front porch that had to be replaced. We had to fight to close on the day we were told we would close on, because they kept moving it and telling us that s just how it is. I was told that having a final walk-through days before closing was normal by the KW realtor, which I have never heard before. I would never use KW again to buy or sell a house.
