The police state is alive and well in Norman, OK. This is my first time in Norman, just pass through and I saw 8 different police cars in < 20 minute time frame all which had someone pulled over. One officer had someone pulled over in the middle of the road blocking one lane of traffic. I will never return to this city again, makes me rethink passing though OK at all again.
