Outside of our room not being ready for 2 hours af...

Outside of our room not being ready for 2 hours after the 4:00 check in and similar experiences when trying to check out, we had a great stay. The grounds are very nice, staff was friendly and the food/drink options were great!
Our room felt a bit dated, was nothing fancy but we spent very little time there outside of sleeping. The beach, pools, restaurants and grounds were great. There were plenty of other great dining options, shops and other places to visit within walking distance.
My family had a great time, thank you!
