It is the best University in the Caribbean Region,...

It is the best University in the Caribbean Region, located at Km 5 of the road to Puerto Colombia. It has a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate programs. It is well connected. The atmosphere is modern, the teachers are qualified and they have exchange agreements.
