My experience with Curtis Total Service has been nothing but positive. I had an air conditioning and plumbing issue that needed immediate attention. Rich, the Operations Manager, responded to my calls, worked through possible solutions, provided an estimate, and had the air conditioning unit installed, as requested, the next day. The plumbing issue was resolved the same day and within two hours of my call to Curtis.

Rich, the ladies who answer the telephone at Curtis, and the workmen who visited ( two plumbers and one craftsman for the air conditioning unit) were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and work with throughout the process.

Thank you to everyone at Curtis Total Service for all of your hard work. I would recommend you to anyone who needs help in the future.
