A concept to revitalize the old market by inviting reference names to a standardized open space where did quotes showcase their cuisine. The result is a place where you can easily get to know a wide spectrum of the portuguese gastronomy. Variety is appealing but it is such a success that it is almost any impossible mission to find a place to sit.
