The worst experience in my life with a hotel.
We checked in and the room condition was beyond. We had towels that were used, floor and walls and ceiling were filled with mold, it looked like it was flooded room. As soon and we saw this, we went downstairs and told the front desk that we would like to checkout and receive a refund. We spoke to George in front and he was pretty much the only thing that was great about the hotel. He told us that he spoke to his manager David and they will issue a full refund. We had his word and we communicated to our getaroom company about the refund. Couple days later we received a message from getaroom and said that the hotel will not issue a refund and they never intended to. Not only this, on my credit card I saw Penn hotel charge come through the night technically we were supposed to checkout. I was never invoices and I never stayed. No refunds but extra charges? We contacted the hotel and they are now refusing to receive the call. I have emailed them for last resort and if no response I will be just contacting my credit card company to cancel all fees from this hotel. Not only it is a horrible hotel (I wish I can upload videos because I have a disgusting video evidence of the hotel) but the service (other than George) was beyond crazy and unreasonable and rude.
Please PLEASE PLEASE avoid it at all costs. Yes it is cheaper than most hotels around but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid it with all costs. Saving couple dollars is not worth what you will go through....bringing bed bugs back home? Used towels? Unexplained stains?? Additional charges? I am hoping that this review can help at least one person to avoid this horrendous hotel....this is my first hotel review I have done...
