ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! DONT BOOK A HOTEL HERE!!!! wish i could give this place 0 stars!!!!! it absolutely is horrible!! there are bed bugs everywhere all the rooms are disgusting too. and there are cockroaches running around every where. the bathroom is disgusting and there was a rat! it looked like no one has cleaned the bathroom in years or the room. when we point all of this out and ask for a refund they declined we kept asking and everyone else kept yelling at them and then they told us we would get a full refund. But it has been 6 months since they told us we would get a full refund and we still haven t gotten it. they lied to make us go and free up a room. I have brought the police into it so we will get the refund back. a very horrible experience
