I booked a vacation rental on March 3 for this summer
Due to the epidemic and the uncertainties concerning the epidemic that we are going through, I would like to speak with an adviser or a manager in order to see if it is possible to cancel or adjust my guarantee contract in the event that other exceptional measures taken in summer would prevent me from going to my rental.
Obviously the hotline no longer works, no way to contact anyone
Only a chat box on which as an answer to my questions I receive a prefabricated message indicating that when the time comes I will be informed of the measures taken in case of restrictions. I receive the same message three times to the letter.
They also let me know that teleworking prevents them from making a phone call
In short, an incredible lack of respect
