Mercia Arunkumar is the Condominium Administrator at 35 Saranac BLVD. In my 57 years in this city, I have NEVER dealt with a worse "manager" hands down!!!!! The property manager (who is on a power trip) has done nothing but issue tickets for our car - WHEN WE PAID FOR A PARKING SPOT - they won't let us park in our spot FOR OVER 2 YEARS - BECAUSE IT HAS A LEAK THAT THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED. As a result we are stuck in visitors parking AND THEY TICKET THE CAR REGULARLY!!
WE have had to hire a lawyer to deal with this madness. DISGUSTING
