Worst insurance company I've ever had. I had nothing but problems with them in regards to coverage and denials a few years back when my employer had them, then we switched to HealthPartners which was amazing, now back to PreferredOne and nothing but problems again. They are denying a MENTAL HEALTH medication I've been on for 15 years and I had no warning, had to pay out of pocket AT $500 PER MONTH until I was able to see my dr and figure out a new plan. I was upset when my work switched back to them just knowing there would be issues again, and lo and behold....started up right away.
