I already had a bad experience with one of a staff...

I already had a bad experience with one of a staff member over the phone without visiting the place with Staff Kaitlyn for making a booking. Now how can I even visit that place. She would not listen to me effectively instead argued over booking. I kindly asked her if I can add another person to a group of 10 and she said no. It was fine with me so I decided to book another table of 2 separately. She was being rude with attitude telling me off. She highly needs customer service training and learn how to communicate with people. I just wanted to dine in with my child. I know covid rules and she didn't need to explain to me since I work face to face customer service as well. She didn't need to cut me off while am talking. Very disappointing.
