Technician came to give me a quote on installing AC. When we were finished with the walk through he asked, "How much do you think it will cost?" I said I didn't know. He said, "You have no idea? what if I told you $20,000?" I said, "Is that what you're quoting me?" He fiddled with his iPad and then told me, "$9100." I asked for an invoice or a quote or a break down of costs. He asked, "Why do you need that?" I, a single woman in my own home, was speechless. I said I wanted to see the breakdown of the parts and labor. He said he would send it by email. I called Genz Ryan later in the week and they told me the technician was gone for the day but would send the quote when he got back. A week later, still no quote or invoice. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I feel sad and emotionally distraught. Will never do business with Genz Ryan.
