Very very poor customer service. They are fine when the car is working OK, but when it breaks down and is still in warranty they really are unhelpful, small-minded, bitter and petty. Go elsewhere is my advice. Ended up going to another dealership who, when I said why we weren't going to Cokes as we normally do, said that this came as no surprise to them as they had picked up a lot of customers because of poor customer service from Cokes. Because of the way we were treated, because of the way they spoke to us, because they were so unhelpful we will never use them again.
