I am approaching from last 2 days no one is respon...

I am approaching from last 2 days no one is responding my queries.
Since I already paid fees of rs 16000 in advance for ccnp in 2017 but due to work I am not able to join this cource .
Faculty denied to refund this fees as well as now I want do another course so they are playing office office game.

No need to waste money in such a institute.
