Bought my TL 4 years ago with a pre-approved price...

Bought my TL 4 years ago with a pre-approved price from my insurance company and there was no dickering or special add on. I feel like I was treated fair at that time and have had all my service done there. I have been happy every time except when I said I had seen some oil under the car one place, but wasn't concerned. I did get charged about $60 to find out I didn't have an oil leak but they did have me sign that it would be that before I had the work done so I blame that one on me. The car is always returned clean and work has always been well done.
