Used to be nice resort when we stayed here in the past but now it degraded quite significantly. The biggest issue is that they do not honor booked room types. We booked premier 1 king bed room, but was downgraded to a basic 2 queen bed room without any explanations. When I complained, it turned out that there are no available 1 king bed premier rooms. Why there is a choice of rooms during reservation then? I do nor understand. Turned out they are normally do overbooking to compensate for potential cancellations. Bad business practice.
And another serious issue is that all pools were closed throughout the day because of cloudy skies (no rain or thunderstorms). Not a good resort, there are much better choices.
