My mother had a consultation visit with Andrew. He checked the AC unit outside and said it was in bad condition and that our air ducts looked good. He did not give a good estimate and just said that it would take thousands to fix. My brother was in town and took a look at it. He does not have an HVAC, however with a few YouTube videos, he was able to fix our AC. The only thing that was wrong was that there was buildup on the coils. It was a $25 fix. It is unfortunate that Jon Wayne is taking advantage of people, especially in a global pandemic. Please get a second opinion before you choose to work with them.
