Horrible, Horrible customer service!!! I would highly recommend NEVER purchasing from this dealer! First of all they had a car on the lot extremely over priced from the jump. I was interested in the vehicle, so tried to talk prices.... They barely wanted to budge! After finally going down on the price, test drove the vehicle for the 2nd time, and heard a knocking noise from the front tire area, engine light on, and brake light on. We told one of the employees that was helping us about the issues, he said "oh that will definitely get taken care of". The next morning, received a call from the actual salesman, asking "so is it a go" after asking him if they took care of the issues, he proceeded to say well they checked the tire pressure and added air and the car was good to go. He explained that their cars go thru inspection before they are put on the lot for sale, and that there were no problems found with it. When questioned about the issues he said that it's no way that they will fix the issue or go down anymore on the price, due to the fact that they've already lowered the price. (They originally dropped from overly priced, to medium/high priced, due to the year and miles on this vehicle, not from the condition of the vehicle). From this we know they could and should have dropped it to a fair price according to the condition we found out it was in, after we took it to a reputable mechanic shop and paid for a used car inspection. It was found that the vehicle had close to $2000 worth of major work needed, which included, brakes, oxygen sensor, AC compressor and clutch, and an output shaft seal!!!!!!!!! I repeat, $2000!!!!! Went back to let them know, and all the salesman said was "well, alright" and literally left it at that, telling us to keep an eye out on their website for another vehicle that we might be interested in. No apologies, no more negotiation, nothing!! As we were leaving, they proceeded to put the car back on the lot, for sale. Its a very pretty '02 Acura RL with 193,000 miles on it that has $2000 WORTH OF REPAIR!!!! In my opinion they are obviously selling it high priced according to it's look and not the quality of the vehicle. These particular vehicles at this year and mileage, in good body and machanical condition, if fairly priced, should sale for $2,700 to $3400...and I emphasize good body and mechanical condition! This vehicle did not meet those qualifications to even be priced above $2000. I am writing this review so anyone that chooses to look for a vehicle and ends up at this dealership, that they do their research on the type of vehicle they are interested in, with regards to fair pricing for the vehicles year, mileage, and mechanical condition, not just it's look, and doesn't fall victim to lack of concern, from this poor dealership, for consumers!!!!! Extremely displeased!
