My app was blocked for no reason then I sent an email so I got an answer saying we will get to you soon after a week I sent another one after that someone called me from their miserable customer service. Unfortunately the problem wasn t solved at all, and above that the company took the payment twice after I used it once using cash To the driver and the voucher for the second time. After all of that they are asking me to sign up using another email. What kind of poor services are you providing for customers, dealing with a well-known company should be professional, however, the services from what I see are less than poor and it s a shame for a company like Careem to lose customers from a team which is not bothered to show any help or reasonable solutions. Furthermore this email was sent directly to those whom are responsible enough to give some training for their team and teach them how they should manage customers well but as usual no response for it.
