I called to get information about a vehicle showing 'pending sale'. The guy that answered the phone was curt and rude. He acted annoyed that he had to answer my questions, forced me to pull information out of him, and when I was finally told the vehicle was in fact sold, he didn't bother trying to get me information on a comparable vehicle or anything else. Don't bother. They clearly don't want your business.
