The general attitude of the staff at this facility...

The general attitude of the staff at this facility is one of complacency and just treating the public as almost not human. I am 67, a Marine Corps 4 year enlistee with Vietnam service, and the lack of concern for my time spent waiting was ridiculous. All I needed was my blood drawn. On the other hand though, the lab personnel were friendly, courteous, and gave me a sense of well being, even though they were busy. This facility needs to look at processes from a REAL HOSPITAL. I refuse to give this facility the name HOSPITAL.
