Leslie along with two other salespersons mislead me into driving to their location from Topeka twice and went back on their offer once I showed up to sign the deal. I spent 3.5 hours the first visit which was also my son's birthday because we were "preapproved" and plan to drive the vehicle home that day. It was a very exhausting experience being lied to and getting the run around when we asked why the offer was not the same. Very unhappy with the dishonest practices of this dealership. Also note management or whoever is replying to these posts likes to call the customer the problem when they have no excuse for their actions and see they will never get your business. Very unprofessional as well and quite the atmosphere at the entire dealership. People wouldn't keep saying you guys lie about your offers and fees if it wasn't true. It is a accepted practice at Lawrence Kia.
