I have been a customer of Hope Manor for over a year and I must say that their services are average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there are times when things can be improved. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of activities and programs for the residents. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
