Bought a used 2017 f250 6.7L with extended warrant...

Bought a used 2017 f250 6.7L with extended warranty, brought it back for service four months (2k miles) on upper interior cab lights were flickering and control panel for moon roof stopped working for them to tell me it was not covered due to neglected maintenance. They wanted $800.00 for parts then labor. Why have the warranty if they aren't going to honor it !!! ************** Update*******************
Joe Cotton Ford called next day to honor warranty and fix issue. Very happy they went the extra mile to keep good customer service and a happy customer!!!
