We are very disappointed! Last year at the same time we enjoyed the holiday very much, but this year was a lot different and therefore only 3 stars.
The staff of the restaurant, bar and cleaning service is friendly, helpful and fast. But now there are many more tourists in the hotel, there is no free tables and the small number of waiters is not behind, the service in the restaurant and bar has severely diminished. Of course, a hotel can not choose its guests, but it can take care that the guests do not come to the restaurant for dinner with flip-flops and short pants. Almost full plates to go back certainly does not fit into the present day. Speaking of guests, in a 5 * hotel I expect that the restaurant and bar manager in his black suit not only telephoning but also signaling to his guests that they are welcome, e.g. with a brief notice and nod, but nothing like that. If he at least then would take care that children do not take something from the buffet, try and put back or warn guests to take the pliers and not the fingers. There are many Eastern Europeans in the hotel. Thanks to AI the alcohol is well awarded and noisy at night, no reaction from the hotel.
And then the children, in the 5 weeks, the number of children has steadily increased, so it is the purest children's hotel since the beginning of December. Again, the management could take action and provide an area for families with children in the restaurant, as well as a group of children after 10:00 pm in the bar over tables and chairs to actively intervene.
It is a pity, because as old and worn as the hotel is, we felt in the house and pool area so far very well. The location of the hotel to the park and the old town is very good, the management has to do more with it.
Next time we will try the Barut Akra Hotel with HP instead of All Inclusive. Certainly a little more expensive, but this is worth a positive holiday.
