I paid extra for the HR Block Tax Identity Shield....

I paid extra for the HR Block Tax Identity Shield. When you try to update your account information, instead of simple Check Boxes they have those silly sliding buttons that seem to work backwards - "ON" seems to be "OFF", VERY CONFUSING and no where on any HR Block website does there seem to be a way to send them a message.
