I am writing this as a complaint that the driver has never showed up to meet and greet at passenger arrivals meeting point at the designated terminal.

Instead, a message was received to passenger to coordinate with another agency which has arrived after 50 min wait since the passenger reached the arrivals point of meeting.

In addition, the driver informed the passenger that their request has been cancelled and she is required to rebook despite the fact this trip has been paid in advance! Also passenger has no access to internet, she is old and suffers back pain. The driver requested her to pay his service amount in cash for this trip as he explained it's not related to the original booking which was cancelled. And the passenger had to do the payment in person which was not the point of arranging this ride.

In addition, their web chat applet does not work, no confirmation emails were received upon confirming payment and booking until I made two call attempts to customer service!

I have been a long time customer until my last two attempts with this agency, their management is loosing quality performance and professionalism. Time to look elsewhere.
