I have been trying to reach out to them with no lu...

I have been trying to reach out to them with no luck for over a week. Here are some of my failed attempts:
- Called several times last week, waiting over an hour one time until call got disconnected.
- Used their online chat and left my contact info. Haven't even received an email from them.
- Went to their office in downtown. Lady kindly offered to get someone to call me before 4pm. Nada.
- Called again - wait time of 15-20 minutes. I hanged after an hour (see pic).

Good luck, this company is the wild west. I don't recommend them at all.
