I placed an order for a hoodie, sweatpants and a pair of sneakers on 12-16-18. I received the sneakers and pants but never received the sweatshirt. I checked online on numerous occasions to determine the whereabouts of the shirt, but it only listed shipped . I called today, 1-24-19, only to be told by a customer service rep that the item was lost and not in stock for it to be sent to me. She stated I would receive a full refund. This Company should have recognized that the item was lost, and advised me, not the reverse. This was my last Finish Line order, because a Company that cannot follow up with me about my order status, does not deserve my hard-earned money.
