ROBBED! They never showed up for their first appointment, leaving me without heat for 2 days. When they finally showed up the next day, they charged me $658 to install a $100 White Rodgers 36J54-201 gas valve, and the install took less than 45 minutes! They knew I had no heat and very clearly took advantage of me. Avoid Isaac or it will cost you!
