I live in South Carolina and I bought a used 2008 Ford Focus from Montgomery Motors, Troy NC unseen with the help from Sales Associate Candice Vanore and General Manager Kevin Smith. We talked for several days and they knew exactly what I was looking for and had the perfect car within my budget. Candice went above and beyond the call of duty by calling us and making sure we was ok on our four hour drive to Troy, North Carolina. When the sale was completed she still kept in contact to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Candice paid close attention to details and remembered that I had an upcoming birthday and called and wish me a happy birthday. I've purchase cars in the past from other dealerships, and never have I dealt with a sales associate that took their job as personal and as professional as Candice Vanore did. She exemplifys what great customer service should be for All dealership. Candice showed superb professionalism and as a resulted I'm a satisfied customer. If I had to purchase another car it will definitely be from MONTGOMERY Motors in Troy North Carolina. The entire staff was just EXCELLENT and made this process a great experience!
