Good price. Nice room, excellent location. that on it's own would deserve a 4 or 5 star from me, but customer service knocked it way down. I went with some friends to spend new years in the city. 4 of us in a room, checked in on the 29th, checked out the 1st. no problem getting settled in, but It wasn't until new years eve when trying to get wrist bands so we can get back into our rooms.
To make sure strangers don't wander in and parties aren't thrown in rooms all guests needed wrist bands to get in and out of the lobby to get to our rooms. They arbitrarily said their policy was only 3 wrist bands for our 4 person room were allowed which made no sense and that it was only for new years eve. Yet they failed to mention that when we were checking in just because it was before new years and it wasn't going to be an issue.
By their messed up logic, if we were to go back out to another bar, only 3 of us would be allowed back in even though all 4 of us had been staying there 2 nights already thus far. Because of that we had to cut our evening plans short and just stay in, lest we risk having to kick someone out.
