At the beginning of March, 2020, (March 3rd, more specifically), we suddenly experienced an error code on our expensive Bosch dishwasher. It could not have happened at a worse time - 4 displaced family members of ours moved in with us and exponentially increased the number of daily dishes that now needed hand-washing.

Our calls to Percy's began at that time and I was lucky enough to speak with Tina. (I also spoke with Andrea as well, and she was also very nice!) From the beginning, Tina was professional, attentive, helpful, and honestly made me feel as though I was the only customer in the world that mattered. She took care of making calls directly to the warranty provider, and she followed-up when initial paperwork was processed incorrectly. Meanwhile, she always kept me updated as to the progress being made and we always felt as though she was working persistently on our behalf,

I was able to speak with Tina this morning to get a new dishwasher ordered and she was extremely thorough when I asked for details about every line item. She explained and clarified with great specificity, and delivered a final sales order exactly as we had discussed.

Percy's should be very proud to have Tina as a team member. It is clear that she takes her job very seriously and that she works tirelessly to ensure that customers are 100% satisfied. As consumers, my husband and I have always found service after the sale to be extremely important and maybe even more important than the actual sale itself- and this was never more evident than now as to how important this is to us. As a result, we will be lifelong Percy's customers and we both have and will continue to recommend Percy's to our friends and family - even strangers too!

Tina, thank you for your hard work and efforts on our behalf - we are exceptionally grateful.
