Update: Tick tock, tick tock.... still no delivery. AND, you notice the response about the refund, and that I asked for an email to reply and NOTHING. Original Post: Rarely do I post a negative review, only when truly warranted. I placed an order on 7/24/18 for four pair of Wrangler work pants, which I still have not received (8/27/18). I contacted customer service this morning, and the very kind lady apologized and said they are working on the order ("purchasing has been working to fill the order every day") and said they are having difficulty getting the order filled by the manufacturer. If it wasn't Wrangler, and some off-name brand, I might believe they are having difficulty - but really, Wrangler? So back up to order day - why did the item show available and not on back-order (I asked that question and the nice customer service lady said the inventory on their site is not live - as a customer, that would have been nice to know) Or, even better, mention that it might take over a month to fill your order! Yes, I could cancel the order, but I chose to use a store credit (from a previous order for boots that fell apart after one-month). A refund would have been my first choice; but oh yeah, they don't give refunds, only store credit. To Owner: I need your email address.
