Don't let the name mislead you: you cannot walk from here to the Waterfront (especially not at night !!). You need a car or shuttle. On the other hand, the seaviews probably compensate. Not the newest hotel and though the breakfast is excellent, the breakfast buffet is somewhat minimalistic and the service not above 7 (the time you wait when you ask a coffee makes the coffee get cold by the time it arrives). But overall a good choice if you have your own transport.
