Very poor customer service you will be called even with the request never to contact customer service again if you show that you absolutely do not accept that you are being brushed off by an ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL employee !! VERY A.SOCIALE customer service and I recommend everyone to choose a different brand because in addition to a very BAD and A.SOCIALE customer service, the Sony brand is also VALUELESS !!!! Hence the way they treat their customers !!!!
