Cabot's is an old fashioned ice cream parlor with wonderful, huge sundaes, and an incredible selection. They also have frozen yogurt, pies, and other desserts. Their food menu is diner food, nothing that could be called good for you, but it's the ice cream you want to go for. The servers, mostly high school students, make the sundaes in the middle of the seating area, and watching them make them is part of the experience. They take cash only but they have an ATM in the entryway. Cabot's also sells pints to go, which they pile high so that invariably they're a pint and a half, and ice cream cakes, which look as beautiful as they are delicious.
